Email Notifications

Receive and send Email Notifications for mentions, replies, task assignments, and other activities within the Multicollab plugin. Administrators can toggle email notifications on or off from the Settings menu (Admin Dashboard > Multicollab > Settings).

Multicollab lets you receive email notifications for these activities:

• Added comments
• Mentions by users
• Replies to comments
• Comments when marked as resolved/deleted

For example, authorized users will receive email notifications when they are mentioned, allowing them to jump into the conversation and troubleshoot editorial hold-ups quickly.
